On the 10th, Hyosung delivered support funds worth KRW 70 million to the Women's Central Association at the Jongno Women's Human Resources Development Center in Jongno-gu, Seoul to promote employment activities for career-minded women.
Hyosung's donation will be used to operate △ nursing assistant courses and △ senior care expert training courses. A total of 40 career-minded women will participate and receive support encompassing education to employment.
This year's education program focused on addressing the issue of deficiency in care personnel in local communities due to rapid aging. Participants without nursing credentials will receive practical training support for the nursing assistant course, and those with social worker credentials will receive practical training support for the senior care specialist training course.
Since 2013, Hyosung has been sponsoring an employment growth program to give assistance to middle-aged and older women who face employment obstacles due to career gaps and age restrictions with achieving economic independence.
Meanwhile, Hyosung continues to pursue sustainable social contribution activities to help recipients gain independence by supporting rehabilitation treatment costs for children with disabilities through the Purme Foundation and sponsoring artists in residence at the Seoul Disability Arts Center.
