Support for the vulnerable at home and abroad
The social contribution activities of Hyosung are a demonstration of the importance of collectively contributing to the creation of a happy society.
Hyosung supports a range of social contribution programs, including rehabilitation treatment for children with disabilities and support for their families, educational sponsorships to help women from vulnerable groups gain employment, and an overseas child sponsorship program in Vietnam led by employees.
In addition, the Hyosung Sharing Volunteer Group—driven by voluntary employee participation—carries out various initiatives, such as delivering rice, kimchi, and side dishes to underprivileged households in Mapo-gu, where the company headquarters is located, as well as conducting community outreach activities near its regional business sites.
Support for culture and arts
The purpose of sponsorship activities in the field of culture and arts is to provide opportunities for the underprivileged to enjoy art and to assist them in participating directly in artistic activities.
Hyosung supports artists with disabilities through programs at the Disability Arts Creation Center, sponsors the production of barrier-free films, and engages its employees in cultural heritage preservation activities.

Hyosung is engaged in a variety of activities for the nation, particularly in the realm of social contribution.
Hyosung engages in a range of veteran support activities, including employee-led cemetery maintenance at the Seoul National Cemetery, sponsorship of historical site visits for national merit recipients in collaboration with the Seoul Southern Patriots and Veterans Affairs Office, support for housing improvements for war veterans, and ongoing assistance for the Army’s 1st Corps Gwanggaeto Unit, with which the company has established a sisterhood partnership.
