On the 25th, Hyosung ITX won the Chairman's Award (Excellence Award) from the Human Resources Development Service of Korea at the '2025 Entrepreneur Vocational Skills Training Best Practice Competition' held at COEX Magok in Gangseo-gu, Seoul.

The 'Entrepreneur Vocational Skills Training Best Practice Competition' is an event jointly hosted by the Ministry of Employment and Labor and the Human Resources Development Service of Korea to discover and share excellent training practices from companies and organizations. Hyosung ITX earned high recognition for the quality and performance of its entire training program, including △design, △operation, △performance management, and △post-training, in the 'Contact Center Consultation Quality Specialist Certification Course'.

Hyosung ITX's training program was developed in-house with the aim of standardizing customer service quality and strengthening managerial capabilities. The program is aimed at core personnel, including contact center managers, QA staff, and instructors, offering a systematic, case-based curriculum. This ensures consistent quality standards across all centers and empowers managers to maintain and enhance customer service quality on site.

The training program focuses on managers’ competency in overall service quality management, QA staffs’ competency in consultation quality assessment and management methods, and instructors’ competency in training new hires and honing consultation skills. Apart from theoretical knowledge, the program also provides role-specific, customized hands-on training to foster professionals who can promptly apply their skills in the field.

In particular, trainees who complete the course obtain a private certification, in association with the Korea Research Institute for Vocational Education and Training, and gain access to opportunities as CS professionals at both contact centers and private companies. The program has also earned high praise for its contributions to employee career development and the development of specialized talent across the industry.

CEO Nam Kyung-hwan of Hyosung ITX said, "This award represents the result of our systematic training efforts to foster employees’ growth and enhance their expertise. We will persistently operate optimized programs to develop excellent talents in the contact center sector."
