Chairman Jim Gibbons of ‘Goodwill Industries International’, visited the ‘Goodwill Store Some Sevit’

On 18th, Chairman Jim Gibbons of ‘Goodwill Industries International (GII)’ running world's largest social company visited ‘Goodwill Store Some Sevit’, the social company operated by Hyosung to create jobs for the disabled.

Goodwill Store is a social company which hires the disabled or vulnerable social group for selling donated products by individuals and companies to provide them with chances for self-reliance and accelerate virtuous cycle of resources. For the first time as a domestic company, Hyosung opened the ‘Goodwill Store Hyosung No.1’ in the past October of 2014 in Zeungsan-dong, Eunpyeong-gu and the second ‘Goodwill Store Some Sevit’ in the past June.

Chairman Jim Gibbons visited the ‘Goodwill Store Some Sevit’ located at the first floor of Some Gavit to hold the signboard hanging ceremony, and then looked around the store and encouraged employees. Currently, 3 persons from the vulnerable social group including a North Korean refugee and a disabled person are working at the Some Sevit Store.
