Neochem PU held the ‘LCD market: Now and Tomorrow’ seminar about the LCD market on August 24, inviting outside specialists. Over 20 people, including Neochem PU President Jeon Young-Jun, Optical Film PU President Dong Hyeon-Su, and Film PU sales managers attended. In terms of the present situation of each PU’s LCD business, the Neochem PU is selling cleaning gas, the Optical Film PU is manufacturing and selling TAC film, which is a key material for polarizing plates; in addition, the Film PU is investing in optical PET films used in LCDs. This seminar was important for the PUs to learn about the rapidly changing LCD market.
