Hyosung man who contributed to the growth of the company and led change and innovation is identified and awarded.
The ‘Proud Hyosung Men of the Year’ and ‘Change Leader’ awards ceremony for 2010 was held on December 17 in the auditorium of the Mapo head office. The ‘Proud Hyosung Men of the Year’ award was given to Hyosung men who had worked hard over the past year and contributed to the growth of the company. Since 1990 ‘Proud Hyosung Men of the Month’ have been selected every month and ‘Proud Men of the Year’ have been selected and awarded at the end of the year.
In 2010, 48 ‘Proud Men of the Month’ were selected from a total of 20 cases and among them 10 ‘Proud Hyosung Men of the Year’ were selected and awarded in four cases in consideration of the contributions they made to the company by practicing the Hyosung WAY Global Excellence/Innovation/Accountability/Integrity and the difficulty and repercussions of their achievements. The ‘Change Leader’ award is given each year to those who overcame a difficult business environment and led through change and innovation. The Change Leaders have been selected for the 13th year this year and a total of 67 teams and 86 individuals, including the award winners of this year, received this award.
