Hyosung participated in the 2011 Hanover Messe for five days starting on April 4, to showcase its innovative renewable energy and smart grid products. The Hanover Messe is the world’s largest trade show for machinery, where over 6,000 companies from more than 60 countries around the world participate. Over the years, Hyosung has established a strong image as a global general heavy electrical machinery manufacturer by exhibiting a 420kV GIS transformer station model, which is of significant interest in Europe; STATCOM, one of the key parts in smart grids; motors and chargers for electric cars; and the first, world certified 2MW wind turbine power system model from Korea.
