The Gwanghyewon Plant introduced a product quality control system with PS call. PS call, or Product Safety Call, is a quality control system benchmarked from another company. Many production facilities use a similar form of quality control system. Under this system, When there is a problem during production, any worker can press the PS Call button right away.Those in charge, such as team leaders or the plant chief, can be summoned within 5 minutes to immediately discuss any pertinent issues regarding a product and ways to improve it and resolve problems.
To keep employee participation levels high, a small prize is to be given to the worker that spots unfit products. The HACCP certified Gwanghyewon Plant is expected to produce and distribute cleaner and safer drinks through this upgrade.
