Internal Adaptation Program

Hyosung operates a variety of in-house adaptation programs so that new employees can quickly adapt and demonstrate their capabilities. The program targets new employees through open recruitment, experienced employees through occasional recruitment, and hired executives who were recruited from outside.
Hyosung provides in-house adaptation programs to meet various needs at a time when the internal and external human resource management environment is rapidly changing, helping new employees quickly and effectively settle in the organization.

On-the-job Training (OJT) Program

Period

After completing the Group/OC orientation and department placement for new employees, selected mentor employees work with the new hires for approximately six months (varies depending on the characteristics of each business unit).

Program Details

Mentor employees provide early settling and strengthening support to new hires by transferring the necessary job skills and knowledge.

<Eligibility>

Those who have worked for three years or more in the department where the new employee will be assigned

Those who have a good understanding of the company as a whole and have excellent job evaluation

Those recommended by team leaders

Intensive job training that combines work and learning in the first four months of the program

Cultivating basic skills and job competencies by developing improvement plans for effective work performance and reviewing the work processes of his/her own and teams in the following two months

Sustainable management education

In line with the emphasis on the importance of sustainable management, Hyosung provides relevant training courses throughout the company. Sustainable management education is being operated for all executives and employees in six areas, including an overview of sustainable management, environment, human rights, safety and health, security, and ethics/compliance (ethical management, fair trade).

Training Institute (Hyosung HRD Institute)

The Hyosung Human Resources Development Institute, which opened in 1986, is spreading the company's management ideology and management policies to executives and employees so that Hyosung Group can continue to grow, and has established and implemented an education system to continuously improve the employees' capabilities.
