Hyosung TNC intends to make CREORA and Regen its leading brands in the global market

Hyosung TNC has announced that it intends to focus on the development of its premium brands with the aim of leading the global textile markets.


□ Company regroups its existing sixty-five brands into two, i.e. CREORA and Regen.

On November 28, Hyosung TNC took a step towards regrouping its brands and changing the brand identities of CREORA, a highly functional fiber brand, and Regen, an eco-friendly fiber brand.


Hyosung TNC’s regrouping of its brands is designed to maximize the synergistic effects of the brand power secured by CREORA and Regen by integrating its existing sixty-five brands into two leading brands. 


This move also reflects the company’s management strategy of focusing on the premium brands and integrating all its values based on its differentiated technological prowess, which is widely recognized by its customers, its sheer product quality, and its VOC management philosophy.


□ Company integrates CREORA into functional fibers such as spandex, polyester, nylon, etc. 

→ Expects to enhance its control over global markets with a focus on brand power-based sales capability.

The company has decided to integrate CREORA, its No.1 global spandex brand, into functional fiber brands such as polyester and nylon in a bid to widen the gap with its competitors, who are following quickly in its footsteps into the spandex business, to secure its brand power, and to gain control over premium markets. 


The company also plans to enhance its share in the global polyester and nylon markets by strengthening its sales power and securing new markets and customers based on CREORA-related brand effects. 


□ The role of Regen has been expanded from a recycled fiber brand to a bio fiber brand 

→ Securing its position as a leading global eco-friendly fiber brand

Regarding Regen, which has secured its position as a leading recycled fiber brand domestically, the company intends to use it as an integrated eco-friendly fiber brand including spandex recycled fiber and bio spandex fiber made of corn, etc., in addition to  Regen polyester fiber made from recycled PET bottles and Regen nylon fiber made from recycled fishing nets. 


Hyosung TNC intends to enhance the status of Regen as a trend leader in global eco-friendly markets where the competition is becoming increasingly fierce due to the continuous strengthening of eco-friendly policies and regulations in Europe and the Americas.
