Hyosung presented the Exemplary Employee Award 2023 to JEON Jaeha (PM) of Hyosung Heavy Industries (Sidney Branch, Australia) on December 20. Mr. JEON received 50 million won in prize money along with a plaque.
Mr. JEON received the honor for playing a leading role in winning a long-term supply contract for ultra-high voltage transformers in Australia, through which Hyosung has had one more opportunity to display its high-quality electrical products in the global market and grow as a player to be reckoned with in the Oceanian market.
At said ceremony, Hyosung also presented the Exemplary Employee Award for 4Q 2023 to five employees who set an example for others to follow in the fields of marketing, technology, research, and business support. Each of the prize winners received 5 million won in prize money and a plaque.
In addition, Hyosung presented special prizes to exemplary subcontractors Cosmo Chemical, KTC, and Sunglim Heavy Electric. Each of them received 20 million in prize money.
