Hyosung to Recruit New College Graduates as New Employees for the 2nd Half of 2023
The Hyosung Group will carry out recruitment of new employees among college graduates for the second half of the year starting September 11.
The following Hyosung affiliates will recruit about 200 new employees: Hyosung Holding Company, Hyosung TNC, Hyosung Advanced Materials, Hyosung Heavy Industry, Hyosung Chemical, Hyosung Information System, and Hyosung Goodsprings.
Hyosung recruited about 200 new employees in the first half of the year, veering away from the past practice of recruiting new employees once a year, and the number of new employees hired has increased twofold.
The new employees are hired for the following six areas: ∆ sales (overseas/domestic/technical, foreign trade, logistics, and marketing); ∆ overall management (purchasing, finance, ESG, new business, personnel affairs/general affairs, PR); ∆ production technology (specializing in textile, chemical, and heavy industry); ∆ R&D (specializing in textile, chemical, heavy industry, and pump); ∆ IT (specializing in system development, sales, and CS); and ∆ construction contractual work, etc.
Applications are received through the Group’s homepage for recruitment (hyosung.recruiter.co.kr) between September 11 and September 22. New employees are hired through the process of document-based screening, personality/aptitude test, face-to-face interview, and medical examination.
Those who are hired will start working in January 2024.
Hyosung plans to hold recruitment-related explanatory sessions at nine universities in and out of Seoul.
On September 15, the Company will hold a recruitment-related consultative session online. Those interested should submit the relevant request in advance using the QR code.
