Hyosung Advanced Materials is to be reborn with the help of MZ-generation visual artists.
The Company has selected prize-winning artworks through an artist collaboration competition held to get closer to the public. The visual art competition was held last January with focus on the Company′s core technologies and goods through Pixpills, an online competition platform for visual artists. A total of 16 pieces were selected as prize winners from the event where 60 artists took part.
″Discover New Safety & New Comfort through Future Materials" was the slogan of the event, which aimed to express the values pursued by Hyosung Advanced Materials—safety, sustainability, eco-friendliness, future-orientedness, etc.—with visual art.
The selection of the prize-winning pieces was participated in by those from Pixpills, Hyosung Corporation, and Hyosung Advanced Materials. Focus was on the PR of Hyosung Advanced Materials′ effort for future-orientedness and eco-friendliness in a friendly, pleasant way.
A total of 55 artworks including the 16 prize winners will be displayed at the pop-up store, Hyosung Creative Lab, in Musinsa Terrace Seongsu, Seoul from May 25 to May 28.
Hyosung Advanced Materials has arranged to work with global artist GANG Hyeok as part of its effort to PR its identity and products through collaboration with an artist. It also provided the Swan Carpet it made for the 2023 Gwangju Biennale.
