Hyosung Heavy Industries names VP Yang Dong-gi as new CEO

Hyosung Heavy Industries named VP Yang Dong-gi, 59, as its new CEO on February 18.
Mr. Yang Dong-gi graduated from the Department of Architecture and Architectural Engineering at Seoul National University. In 1985, he joined Daewoo Engineering & Construction and served as the head of the Housing Business Division and head of the Architecture/Housing Goods Development & Outsourced Purchasing Division.
″Mr. Yang Dong-gi has been named our new CEO as he is the one most suited for the need to substantiate our construction business, expand our business areas, and enhance the brand value of Hyosung Harrington Place based on experience and sales know-how accumulated in the domestic/overseas construction market,″ Hyosung Heavy Industries said.
