    Hyosung Capital PU announced the ‘Financial Consumers Protection Charter’ at the level of whole company to raise the service quality provided to customers. This Financial Consumers Protection Charter was prepared to prevent in advance such risks customers may be afraid of as personal information leakage and to arouse attention of executives and staffs so that they provide customer-oriented services. Financial Consumers Protection Charter has as its main content the following five items: prompt and fair handling, improvement of unreasonable financial customs, protection of financial consumers’ information, compliance with laws and expertise enhancement, and responsible work performance. This Protection Charter was announced in the line of Customer-Centered Management implemented in the past 2013.
