Gumi Plant had the Management Briefing Session for the whole executives and staffs of Nylon Polyester Thread PU, Film PU and Spandex PU over 6 times from Feb. 3rd to 13th. This briefing session was held to share the 2015 Group management policies and reflect our work attitude for crisis overcoming. Each PU plant manager emphasized efforts for continuous quality improvement and cost saving, focusing on 3 keywords of ‘Compliance with Basics and Rules’, ‘Change of Working Style’ and ‘Sense of Ownership and Sense of Responsibility’.
