Oksan Plant held a workshop for plant innovation and crisis overcome

On March 14^th, Oksan Plant held a workshop for plant innovation and crisis overcome at the Byungcheon Talent Education Training Center. In this workshop, attainment targets were determined for each team to secure competitive advantages compared to other companies and improve working methods, and deep discussions were made with team members on these targets. Through the workshop, Oksan Plant employees obtained strong confidence that they could overcome this crisis in unison with changes and innovations and make the Plant profitable. Also, the whole employees agreed to join forces to make the ‘Plant with strong basics, core workplace of 100 year Hyosung’ as the vision of Oksan Plant says.
