On March 20th, the 60th Regular General Shareholders Meeting was held at the Mapo Head Office. Shareholders and institutional investors as well as Vice Chairman Lee Sang-woon participated at this general shareholders meeting. The last year sales performance was reported and resolutions were made on the main management issues of the Company. Vice Chairman Lee Sang-woon said that Company would keep devoting itself to raising shareholder value in the depression of world economy by strengthening global competitiveness and concentrating on profitability improvement.
On the other hand, Hyosung ITX also held the 18th regular general shareholders meeting at the Yeongdungpo Head Office and announced the last year performance.
