Hyosung, gave the ‘Win-Win Volunteer Service’ with partner companies on the occasion of spring

Hyosung announced on 18th that the company did the wall painting volunteer service with the outstanding partner companies of the heavy-industry area as a part of the ‘Safe Village Making’ project, on 15th at the Mangwon-dong, Mapo-gu, Seoul.

For this event, about 40 partner companies were invited including Samdong Co., Ltd. and POSCO TMC Co., Ltd. Partner companies that participated in the event prepared as a part of Hyosung's Win-Win Meeting with Partner Companies are those partners supplying parts and raw materials for the extra-high voltage transformers and circuit breakers manufactured by Hyosung's Power & Industrial Systems PG. In this event, there was an hour listening to suggestions and difficulties, to help partner companies.

Mr. Ki Bo-suhn, a team manager of Samdong Co., Ltd. said, “We have been able to make constant growth through partnership with Hyosung,” and “we will continue to give our efforts to build the win-win cooperative relationship.”

Hyosung's Power & Industrial Systems PG invites outstanding partner companies to have the Win-Win Meeting with Partner Companies twice a year. In every meeting of the first half-year, a volunteer activity is planned to make bond of sympathy with those staffs from partner companies. In the last year, the event of planting 500 trees was held for the meaning of mutual raising. The second half-year meeting held at every year-end selects outstanding partner companies and has awarding ceremony, and provides those companies the opportunity to participate in the training program in foreign countries.

Mr. Moon Sup-cheol Head of Power Systems PU (Performance Unit) of the Power & Industrial Systems PG said, “Hyosung and partner companies are growing together and sharing a common destiny,” and “we will build a Win-Win system in mutual growth through close cooperation and competitiveness enhancing.”

For expansion of win-win growth, Hyosung is actively participating in such activities as ▲ improvement of cash-payment conditions for partner companies ▲ implementation of the ‘Management Doctor’ program that the Management Advisory Board of the Federation of Korean Industries and large companies improve the managemental conditions of small and medium sized companies, and ▲ the ‘Industry Innovation Movement’ for win-win growth with the secondary and tertiary partner companies.

On the other hand, in the past March, Hyosung's Power Systems PU (Performance Unit) and Industrial Machinery PU of the Changwon Plant producing extra-high voltage transformers and circuit breakers had a meeting with 76 partner companies.
