On July 2nd, Hyosung and Ulsan Megalopolis signed the MOU for investment on the ‘Polyketone’ plant and support to securing site.
In the MOU signing ceremony held at the Hyosung Yongyeon Plant, Vice Chairman Lee Sang-woon, Ulsan Mayor Kim Gi-hyeon and relevant persons attended. With this MOU, the strategic cooperative relationship will be built for securing sites of the new ‘polyketone‘ commercialization plant and R&D Center, and for administrative supports such as licensing or permits.
If related companies are discovered by using the infrastructure of auto, ship building and chemical industries, which are strengths of Ulsan, and the ‘polyketone’ plant is completed in the future, local economy will receive contributions.
