In the evening of 17th, Some Sevit participates in the ‘Global Greening’ event which turns on green lighting together with famous landmarks over the world to commemorate the Irish holiday ‘St. Patrick’s Day’ as the landmark representing Korea, to let the whole world know the name.

‘Global Greening’ is the event that decorates the appearance of landmarks of world's famous cities or world's famous cultural heritages in green lighting on ‘St. Patrick’s Day’ which is the carnival day commemorating St. Patrick who propagated Christianity to Ireland. The meaning of this event is to let people over the world know the meaning of St. Patrick’s Day and Ireland and encourage them so that they may be curious to know and visit Ireland.

Visitors can enjoy Some Sevit shining in green after sunset in the evening of 17th. Landmarks participating in the Global Greening event on this day will be promoted to the world through the Ireland Embassy in each country and SNS tags.

A Hyosung insider said, “We have a chance to participate in the Global Greening event in which only those landmarks representing each country can participate. It is meaningful that Some Sevit participates as the landmark representing Korea.”

On the other hand, Some Sevit turned on blue lighting on the Autism Day in April of last year and pink lighting in October for breast cancer campaign, so that many citizens can remember the corresponding day and recall the meaning. Some Sevit plans to keep showing wonderful night scenes and at the same time having various lighting events for promotion of international events or campaigns.
