Hence, Hyosung ITX determined to give ‘MDC (Market Driven Company) education’ which is an IT-specialized sales and marketing education program from the end of May. This education course was prepared in the needs to strengthen the IT-based strategic thinking and capability in response to expanding IT business such as cloud and internet of things. With this, expanded support to small group linguistic education has been determined to strengthen linguistic capability of specialized staffs as a preparation for full-scale global business promotion in the future
Since the past April, Hyosung Capital has implementing ‘Linguistic Fund’ which was prepared by employees’ opinion that motivation for improving linguistic capability is necessary with Global business expansion ahead. Any employee can apply and the total fund is made in such a matching grant that each participant invests the amount he/she wants, respectively, and Company saves exactly the same amount as the investment of each participant. After a certain period of studying, improvement is evaluated and the fund money is distributed to those employees who satisfy the pass criteria. Currently, 25% of Hyosung Capital’s employees (about 50 persons) are participating in the linguistic fund.
On the other hand, employees’ self-improvement is also actively helped because of continuing positive feedback that self-improvement activity energizes work hours. Hence, Nautilus Hyosung supports equipment purchase or facility rent for those who want do hobbies, and recently supported guitar purchase expenses for the employees who want to raise their guitar skills and movie ticket expenses
