Hyosung, tree-planting event with cooperative companies for win-win growth

    Hyosung Power & Industrial Systems PG (Performance Group: business part) announced on 23rd that they recently invited 20 excellent cooperative companies to SaeNuri Children’s Park located in Sangam-dong, Seoul to have the ‘2015 First Half Meeting for Win-Win Growth’

    This event was planned to invite 20 companies including Samdong Co., Ltd. and Mirae E&C Co., Ltd. which received excellent marks from regular evaluation and to strengthen the mutual cooperative relationship for win-win growth. The cooperative companies which participated in this event are supplying parts or raw materials for extra-high voltage transformers or circuit breakers made by Hyosung Power & Industrial Systems. In this event, bond of sympathy was formed planting 500 trees together for the wish of mutual growth, and difficulties and suggestions were shared through candid communication while mutual opinions were exchanged for business promotion.

    Baek Heung-kwon, Head of Electric Power PU of Power & Industrial Systems PG, said, “Hyosung’s Global competitiveness comes from the close cooperative relationship with cooperative companies,” and “We will give more efforts to build partnership with cooperative companies for continuous development in the future.”

    In the meantime, Hyosung Power & Industrial Systems PG is having a meeting with cooperative companies for win-win growth twice a year. Also, for expansion of win-win growth, they improve cash payment conditions for cooperative companies, and implement the ‘Management Doctor’ program in which the management advisory board of the Federation of Korean Industries and large companies improve business environment of small and medium companies, and also actively participate in the ‘Industrial Innovation 3.0’ activity which expands win-win growth to the 2nd or 3rd cooperative companies.

    Changwon Plant which designs and manufactures transformers and circuit breakers of the Power & Industrial Systems PG will have a win-win growth meeting with 45 cooperative companies climbing mountain and doing volunteer activity together at the Beach Road located in Gusan-myun, Masan Happo-gu, Changwon, in the afternoon of 23rd.
