Woo Sang-sun, President of Hyosung R&DB Lab, lectures at Korea-Japan business forum of World Knowledge
The Korea-Japan Business Forum of the 15th World Knowledge Forum was held at the Haneul Theater in the National Theater of Korea on October 14 under the supervision of Maeil Business Newspaper. Under the theme of "The Present and Future of the Environmentally-friendly Plastic Material Industry', people from businesses, academia, and government-funded research institutes related to the environmentally-friendly plastic industry and its technologies, had presentations and discussions on the present and future of the environmentally-friendly plastic material industry in Korea and Japan.
In this forum, Woo Sang-sun, president of Hyosung R&DB Labs, gave a presentation on the status and prospects of the environmentally-friendly plastic material. His presentation delivered various useful information ranging from the status and prospects of the global and Korean environmentally-friendly plastic material markets to the characteristics of polyketone materials, and the audience showed great responses, asking many questions. Through this forum, the participants could have a better understanding of the growing importance of environmentally-friendly plastic materials in the materials industry with the increasing awareness on global warming and environmental protection and we could also impressed them with our polyketone, a green new material of unlimited potentials. Meanwhile, Woo Sang-sun, president of Hyosung R&DB Labs also gave a lecture on "Future mega trends and the prospects of the materials industry" at the Kumho Tires Business Seminar held on October 17.
