Changwon plant foremen Kim Ui-gon selected as Korea Master Hand in the president's name.

Kim Ui-gon, foreman of the Jig group of the Manufacturing Technology Team in the Power & Industrial Systems PG Changwon Plant, was selected as the ‘Korea Master Hand’ and received a plaque, certificate and badge in the President’s name on September 1. The Korea Master Hand is a system that selects and rewards workers who have worked in the industrial field for at least 15 years and who have outstanding technical skills and technological achievements. Kim has developed and produced over 500 sets of motor molds since he had first joined the crafts department in the Changwon Plant of Hyosung Power & Industrial Systems back in 1986. He also applied for two patents by developing ‘rotary stamping tool’ that solves the problems caused by changes in the motor core thickness. He also received the Tin Tower of the Order of Industrial Service Merit in 2013.
