Hyosung has hit full stride with its comprehensive brand marketing at the Preview in Daegu (PID) exhibition taking place in Daegu EXCO from the 5th to 7th, presenting the world’s no.1 spandex brand creora® along with high-performance yarns.
Hyosung also displays high-performance and high-sensitive creora® sub-brands* such as creora® Eco-soft, creora® Color+ and creora® Comfort which it launched in January, as well as high-performance nylon and polyester yarn brands such as Robic, Aqua-X, Cotna and Aerogear.
Hyosung is taking part in this exhibition for the strategic opportunity to strengthen its dominance over new markets like Southeast Asia, China and South America. It targets enhanced brand power for its high-value added fiber to benefit from the rapid growth of the global high-performance yarn market.
PID is a chance for Hyosung to showcase its high value-added industrial yarns and products such as seatbelts and airbags, along with high-tech material carbon fiber TANSOME®, which was developed and successfully commercialized by Hyosung with independent technology. It also is a great opportunity for Hyosung to present its super fibers like aramid yarn ALKEX® and products made with those yarns.

Hyosung is using the exhibition to demonstrate its commitment to shared growth by physically sharing its exhibition booth with 9 small and medium-sized partner companies: JTEX, Mikwang Dyetech, Daenam, Bogwang, Samsung Trading, Corona Textile, Dae Kyung Tex, SK Tex, and Sambu SB. Doing so means Hyosung can provide those companies with the opportunity to share the latest information and extend new markets. Hyosung plans to increase cooperative business activities by creating a virtuous circle between yarn makers and fabric companies so that they can join forces to expand their presence in the global market. Hyosung is currently actively engaged in win-win growth activities by hosting creora® workshops and seminars, where it visits clients to share the latest trends.

These are sub-brands of creora®, the spandex yarn brand developed by Hyosung, made to emphasize the functionality of each brand. The names, which had been product numbers, are now changed to functional descriptions such Eco-soft or Color+ to enable clients to easily understand the functions of each sub-brand.
