Nautilus Hyosung Gumi Plant Conducts Education Program to Strengthen Labor-Management Communication

For two days, from October 26 to 27, Nautilus Hyosung Gumi Plant conducted an education program to strengthen labor-management communication at Hotel Geumosan. Attended by 28 leading members of the labor union as well as company representatives, the program was held to increase levels of mutual understanding between labor and management through appropriate communication, and to maximize their synergy. On the first day, participants studied strategies used to build advanced labor-management culture, and discussed the direction this might take in the future . On the second day, there was a workshop for team building and partnership programs in which they held hands and physically interacted. They expressed gratitude and encouraged one another by exchanging roses, and reconfirmed their partnership, pledging to work together to create a better future.
