Changwon Plant Invites the Senior Citizens of Shinchang Village for Muju Trip as part of One Company One Village Partnership

On November 16, Changwon Plant invited the senior citizens of Shinchang Village in Gunbuk-myeon, Haman-gun, with which it had formed the One Company One Village Partnership, on a Muju trip. Changwon Plant also held this event last year for the senior citizens who had difficulty in traveling outside the village, due to their busy farm work and physical conditions. Around 80 senior citizens rode the gondola and enjoyed the magnificent view of the autumn colors of Mt. Deogyusan and the first snow on the mountaintop. As the leaders of the trip, Changwon Plant employees voluntarily provided bathing services for the elders who had difficulties with the spa, helping to make the trip enjoyable for all. As part of its social contribution activities, Changwon Plant formed a partnership with Shinchang Village in 2007, and has actively organized events to connect with farm villages through various activities such as helping in farming season, buying regional specialties, and sponsoring community hall equipment.
