The Nautilus Hyosung Gumi Plant held manager power-up training at Keumosan Hotel in Gumi between August 11 and August 18 for about 40 attendees including team leaders, group leaders, the process improvement team and union executives. As part of the labor-management partnership program, this program was intended to create competitive future-oriented sites by fostering excellent on-site leaders with competencies and enthusiasm, based on changes of managers in the way of doing business.
Under the theme “eliminating on-site waste and improving problem-solving ability,” attendees studied problem-solving processes from the perspectives of “Material Quality Management,” “Quality Control” and “Industrial Engineering” for eight hours.
