On October 23, the Construction PU received the grand prize in the category of apartment complex landscaping at the 2012 Aju Economics Architecture Awards, which marked its 4th anniversary this year. The ceremony, held in the
Built on an eco-friendly apartment concept having wide open spaces and various landscape spaces using ample green areas inside and outside the apartment complex, the Baeknyeongayak Apartment Complex in Pyeongtaek was created as a pleasant eco-housing complex by building green corridors connecting a neighboring park with green spaces.
Also, it was evaluated highly for enhancing the quality of life of local residents by introducing water flow of a nearby stream and reservoir facility into the complex to create ecological ponds and eco-systems, along with an abundant greenery environment, various community spaces and nature experience spaces.
