    On April 25th, Jang Jyungab, the honorary professor of Youngnam University (the head of the Mind-Stress Coping Research Center) gave a morning lecture on “Intensive and Mindfulness Meditation” to introduce the right understanding and effect of meditation, intensive meditation practice and mindfulness meditation. This lecture informed of the importance of keeping leaders in good health based on psychological stability and helping them create a desirable working environment of the company.
