PI Promotion held a “participation space” bulletin board event to listen to employees’ opinions on the PI/ERP project. The “Participation Space Bulletin Board” was prepared for two-way communication with the PI Promotion Team. Employees can freely post their questions about the project and suggestions on process innovation on the bulletin board.
The PI Promotion Team is planning to collect employees’ opinions posted on the “Participation Space Bulletin Board” and reflect them in the new system even after the end of the event.
