Nautilus Hyosung Wins ‘2012 Red Dot Design Award’

    Nautilus Hyosung won the communication design award, part of the world-renowned design award, ‘2012 Red Dot Design Award’, for developing a new design for the ATM graphical user interface . The ‘Red Dot Design Award’ is one of the three most prestigious design awards, along with the iF Design and IDEA Design Awards, and it has been rewarding outstanding achievementsin the three categories of product, communication and design every year since 1955 under the direction of Design Zentrum Nordrhein Westfalen of Germany. The award-winning ATM graphical user interface consisted of graphics that enabled customers to feel as if they are dealing with actual bank clerks. It is free from the previous stiff and businesslike format, . It was also highly praised for helping those who do not know how to use ATMs , thanks to a system of operation which uses intuitive expressions and a touch & drag method. Last November, Nautilus Hyosung also won the 2012 iF Communication Design Award for its Online/Offline Applications development with the same design.
