Hyosung ITX Establishes Contact Center with 500 Seats in Songdo International Business District (IBD)

Hyosung ITX, a leading company in the field of Korea’s contact center, is establishing a new contact center in Songdo IBD, which is leaping as a hub of the service industry. “We signed the ‘MOU for the establishment and smooth operation of the contact center’ with Incheon Free Economic Zone and Gale International Korea (developer),” announced Hyosung ITX on January 30. According to this MOU, Hyosung ITX will establish a contact center with 500 seats in Centroad Building in Songdo IBD, and Incheon Free Economic Zone will take care of institutional support related to the establishment.
