Industrial Materials PG Holds Workshop on ‘Change and Innovation’

Industrial Materials PG held the 2012 Industrial Materials PG Workshop with the head of PG Cho Hyeon-sang and other employees in Gangchon Elysian Resort. It took place over the course of two days from November 15. With ‘Change and Innovation’ as the theme, the head of each PU presented plans to expand business horizons and enhance their skills in order to better understand the current situation and accomplish PU’s goals . Participants were divided into a leader group and a follower group of executives and team leaders. They were lectured to on proper R&R awareness and practice as leaders while also provided with an opportunity to perceive the importance of change and the resolve to change. This workshop also served as an occasion to reward individuals and teams for their contributions to PG’s success . It provided an opportunity to congratulate various prize winners such as long-term employees and the Hyosung Employee of the Month, and to reflect on the major PG events. In addition, PG members reconfirmed their unity by trekking up the nearby Mt. Gumbongsan . “2013 will also be a critical year for the company, especially PG, and we must take the opportunity to succeed by redefining and fulfilling each of our R&R, by which we will be evaluated and rewarded,” said Head of PG Cho Hyeon-sang. “As 2011 was the year of communication and building infrastructure, this year and the next will have skills enhancement as the main agenda for PG.” All PG members will conduct a survey and implement these methods to increase the capabilities of themselves as individuals as well as the organization.
