Toyota 86, a sports car, was released at the Busan Motor Show for the first time in Korea. The vehicle was developed based on the concept of light weight and rear-wheel drive which makes driving a simple and seamless pleasure. Based on its low center of gravity and outstanding performance, it shows the dynamic contours of a real sports car. Toyota 86 is equipped with the world’s first D-4S direct and port (indirect) injection technology which combined Subaru’s horizontally opposed, boxer engine and Toyota’s next-generation D-4S direct-injection technology. It has near-perfect weight distribution at 53:47 and a center of gravity at 460 mm high. The front-engine, rear-wheel-drive coupe is lightweight and well-balanced, making it a solid choice for driving enthusiasts. Toyota 86 is exhibited in the Seocho Showroom of Hyosung Toyota from May 24 (for further inquiries, call 02-520-5500).
