Industrial Materials PG Held a Meeting to Share 2012 Q1 Performance

Industrial Materials PG held a meeting to share 2012 Q1 performance results at the Mapo headquarters on May 3. With the executives of the headquarters, executives and plant directors of regional businesses, executives and team leaders of Hyosung R&D Center and Steel Cord R&D Center attending, they shared performance results of Q1 and perspectives of Q2. Each PU director gave a presentation on Q1 performance outcomes and methods to achieve business goals of Q2 and examine problems and their causes for each department. PG members shared solutions suitable for each department and vowed to make efforts to improve sales profits.

Director Cho Hyeon-sang stressed that, “To accomplish our business plans of 2012 Q2, we need to minimize problems that occur due to management negligence and broaden our work scopes based on ownership to manage them in detail. We should positively respond to our given tasks and overcome pending problems.” The member of Industrial Materials PG encouraged their accomplishment beyond their goal in Q1 through the performance sharing meeting and pledged to fulfill their duty and responsibility to achieve the Q2 business goals.
