Nautilus Hyosung Gumi Plant Implemented Training on High-performance Organizational Culture Establishment

As part of the labor-management partnership program, the Nautilus Hyosung Gumi plant conducted a training program on high-performance organizational culture on May 16. The training program was for all employees of the Gumi plant, and was intended to establish high-performance organization based on the labor-management partnership to improve productivity and quality and reduce costs and expenses through enhancing work practice. The training is provided by dividing it into 4 sessions between May and November under the 4 themes of “communication, self-leadership, strengthening confidence and stress management.” This month, the program was offered to understand the correct meaning of communication and the importance of listening, and to determine methods to apply them to the site with the theme of “communication.”
