Hyosung Implements Training regarding Precautionary Measures and Methods to Prevent Violating Subcontractor Law

On November 8, Hyosung held a training session regarding precautionary steps and methods to prevent violating subcontractor law. Hosted by the Legal Team of the Support Division, this training session consisted of a lecture by expert advisor Jee Yun-goo of Bae, Kim & Lee (BKL), to 77 employees including executives and team leaders (the managing staff) in the procurement department, planning management department and promotion of mutually beneficial growth TFT of each PG. The training session included practical advice that can be applied at work, such as important information regarding the issuance of contract in subcontractor law and prohibition of unjust reduction in price, as well as introductions of law revision, violation cases and issues that we deal with in the workplace.
