2013 New Executive Course Training

The course training session for new executives was held in Anyang training center for 3 days from January 24 to 26. The session, offered to 2013 new executives, was participated by 18 newly appointed executives and 3 scouted executives, who learned the corporate management philosophy and policies and established their roles as executives. The senior management such as Vice-Chairman Lee Sang-woon, Support Division Head Noh Jae-bong, and PU heads showed great interest by participating as lecturers. They gave various lectures necessary for new executives such as ‘Qualifications for New Executives of Topmost Companies’ and ‘Global Business Environment’. Participants also discussed and presented about crisis and need for change with the title of ‘Scenario of Counterattack from Made in Japan’. The session ended establishing and sharing action plans for organizational change. New executives who received the training unanimously resolved to “write new records and history through endless challenges.”
