The Ulsan Plant is conducting its spring cleaning as part of TPM activities. The spring cleaning activities are designed to improve general plant situations including employees, facilities, plant environment and culture, in an attempt to contribute to achieving the 2012 business management plan. During this spring cleaning campaign, which will be implemented through mid-April, employees in each group will take part in cleaning up responsible areas and maintenance activities to reduce irregularities, vulnerability and pollution points, as well as restoration. Then, each team and group will evaluate activates according to the execution plan and undergo evaluation by the PU team, followed by a ‘Top-Patrol’ examination by the general director of the plant. If shortages are found in the examination, each team should complete remaining tasks through strict follow-up measures and report the completion to the company.
