Changwon Plant Offered Jump-up Training for Level 4 and 5 Employees

From May 7 to 11, the Changwon plant offered Jump-up training for employees at level 4 and 5 who entered the company in 2011. Jang Jin-ho of the Crane Maintenance Group of the Production Support Team of the Power and Industrial Systems said, “I think the training program on management paradigm shifts related to overcoming crises was very useful for me. The nice air and scenery surrounding the Gaya made me feel great.” The Jump-up training program is designed to support the growth of the company and individual employees at level 4 and 5 who were hired in 2011.
