Industrial Materials PG held a workshop with the theme of “Beyond Perfection” between December 19 and 20. At the workshop, all headquarters’ employees, as well as executives and staff members from local business divisions, reviewed the year’s business performance, shared the management plans for the next year and discussed the current status of industrial materials PG. Also, they took the time to recognize the tough business management environment, and suggested solutions and settled action plans for the short-and long-term issues of the PG·PU. As the action plans to resolve pending issues, “Setting the highest standards for customers and market,” “Ownership,” and “Tenacity” and “Detail” were selected.
In addition, they held a New Year’s Eve Party to look back at the year of the industrial materials PG and helped strengthen the team ethic by holding a mini-athletic competition.
This workshop was put on as a way to officially recognize the potential of PG in that the workshop established the work attitudes required to maximize management performance and overcome a difficult business operating environment. Also, an award ceremony was held to praise employees in domestic business divisions who had shown outstanding performances.
