Industrial Materials PG Awards ‘2012 Industrial Material Employee of the Year’
Industrial Materials PG held an awards ceremony for individuals and teams that improved performance of Industrial Materials PG, targeting employees in the headquarters, domestic offices, overseas divisions and branches. Industrial Material Employee of the Year consists of ‘The Man of the Year’ given to the individual who contributed to the PG performance, ‘The Team of the Year’ given to the team that contributed to the development of the overall organization with effective teamwork, and ‘The Best Supporter of the Year’ given to the individual in overseas divisions and branches who contributed to profit generation of PG with well-timed support.
The awards in the domestic sector were given in the PG Workshop on November 15. For ‘The Man of the Year’, the gold prize was given to team manager An Jong-heon of the Tire & Industrial Reinforcement Materials PU Steel Wire Preservation Team, and the silver prize was given to Deputy Section Head Kim Hong-min of the Tire & Industrial Reinforcement Materials PU Industrial Nettling Thread Team, Section Head Choi Min-jun of the Aramid Project Unit Sales Team, and Deputy Section Head Han Eol of the Interior PU Carpet Production Team. The bronze prize was awarded to Director Kim Hyung-gyeong who is in charge of Tire & Industrial Reinforcement Materials PU management and fiber technology planning, Deputy Section Head Park Il-ryung and Gwon Tae-yoon of the Interior PU Car Mat Sales Team, Deputy Section Head Lee Gwang-ho of the Tire & Industrial Reinforcement Materials PU SC Production Team and An Woo-hyun of the BW Preprocessing Team. For ‘The Team of the Year’, the silver prize was given to the Tire & Industrial Reinforcement Materials PU Ulsan Plant and the Tire & Industrial Reinforcement Materials PU Saw Wire Production Team, and the bronze prize went to the Interior PU BCF Quality Improvement TFT and Aramid Project Unit Production Team.
The awards in the overseas sector were given on November 28 during the Tire & Industrial Reinforcement Materials PU GCM period. ‘The Man of the Year’ bronze prize was given to Team Manager Han Jin-wan of the Vietnam Division Tech. Yarn Production Team, and ‘The Team of the Year’ silver prize was given to the Hyosung Sumiden Steel Cord (Nanjing) Co., Ltd. and Hyosung Chemical Fiber (Jiaxing) Co., Ltd. Tire Cord Sales Department. ‘The Best Supporter of the Year’ bronze prize was given to Takahiro Inoue of the Tokyo Division Osaka branch, and Rene Soenen of the Frankfurt branch.
