China TBEA Shenyang Transformer Employees Visit the Changwon Plant for Technology Exchange

Six employees of the Shenyang Plant of China’s largest high voltage transformer manufacturer TBEA (Tebian Electric Apparatus Stock Co., Ltd.) visited the Changwon plant on August 1st. The visitors included the general executive Mr. An Zhen as well as senior-level engineers and procurement executives. This visit was requested by TBEA with the purpose of mutual technology exchange between the Changwon Plant and TBEA. General Plant Manager Kim Deok-soo and executives and team managers of the Changwon Plant high voltage transformer department discussed the technologies of both companies with TBEA executives regarding design, manufacturing, production facilities, and cost. The visitors then had a tour around the high voltage transformer production site of the Changwon Plant.

The employees of Hyosung’s Power Systems PU made a return visit to the Shenyang Plant of TBEA in China on August 23rd. Power Systems PU will exchange information and benchmark each other with China’s largest high voltage transformer manufacturer TBEA through regular interaction in various fields such as the domestic market conditions in China, materials for purchase, and production technologies. This exchange is expected to further improve the Changwon Plant.
