Hyosung launched the Process Innovation (PI)/ERP project to bring out an innovation in business processes and systems and, through such outcomes, support the sustainable growth of the company and fortify its competitiveness. Hyosung put nearly 250 PI staffs into this project, making it the company’s biggest ever project.
The PI task force will review both requirements from the work-site operations and also the cases of best-practice in other companies, based on which it will design and systemize processes, as well as continuously maintain and improve those processes, which should bring about a renewed competitive edge.
