Nautilus Hyosung unveiled the mobile guide robots called ‘i-shinee’, ‘i-hanee,’ developed in collaboration with Shinhan Bank, for the first time in the domestic financial sector at the “2012 Shinahan Bank Performance Evaluation Contest” held on January 14. The autonomous guide robots which were developed to provide customer-friendly value added services by converging IT technology with banking operation environment will freely move around to escort visitors around and provide various services including financial product promotion, financial information and entertainment services via screen and voice guidance. At the demonstration session, many executives and staff members of Shinhan Bank expressed a keen interest in the robots and had the opportunity to manipulate the devices.
