Nautilus Hyosung acquired a certificate on bill detection for the BRM (bill recycling machine) from the European Central Bank. The certification from ECB is a unique international certificate related to note detection. Only ATMs that have obtained the certificate are allowed to be sold to financial institutes in EU membership countries. To obtain the ECB certificate for BRM products, the products should pass tests on Genuine, Counterfeit, Retracing and Fitness Sorting test items. The currency counter technology equipped in the BRM line is a very advanced technology that can be realized in expensive note counters. Nautilus Hyosung has succeeded in developing the technology on its own through product development and testing for over a year. Through the acquisition of the certificate, Nautilus Hyosung is expected to expand its sales opportunities in the European market where there has been a growing demand for currency distribution machines.
