Changwon Plant Offered Capacity Improvement Training for Team Leaders

The Changwon Plant implemented capacity improvement training for team leaders at the Gayasan Tourism Hotel on June 7~8 and 11~12. This event was conducted to help team leaders acquire basic knowledge and skills required for team leaders and change their awareness and motivate them so that they can perform their duty with a positive and assertive attitude. The training was meaningful for them to upgrade their quality as prospective site managers to benefit both the individuals and the company, discover positive meanings in life and work and strengthen basic capacities including communication and relationship skills.
