May Morning Plaza Held on the Theme of “Produce Outcome of Your Work”

On May 24, May Morning Plaza was conducted by Ryu Rang-do, CEO of The Performance Co., on the title “Produce Outcome of Your Work.” The lecture was focused on how to effectively set up strategic goals to enhance work performance, understanding the differences of roles and responsibilities of executives, team leaders and team members for implementation, and required conditions (confidence and expectations) to induce concentration of organization members.
